Joomla! - Community Builder - Solution to "There was an error uploading this file to the server."

Joomla! - Community Builder - Solution to "There was an error uploading this file to the server" during your initial install of the primary extension plugin (com_comprofiler) that is over 2 megabytes in size.

1. Create a file called php5.ini
2. Enter this and only this in the file: upload_max_filesize = 10M
3. Save the file.
4. Return to Install/Uninstall extensions and upload the package.
