Time Warner Cable - Newport Beach, Orange County, California Is Out - June 21, 2011

It's been out for over 24 hours, and I've not received no information regarding the situation. The above started on Tuesday. Today is Thursday, June 22. Time Warner's Internet access now lasts a total of maybe 10 minutes before the Internet connection is broken. When the connection is broken, my computers still have the correct DHCP IP addresses, domain name servers and network address. Internet connectivity just cuts out probably due to a ln intermittent circuit outside somewhere. Unfortunately, Time Warner Cable provides some of the worst service I've ever received. This makes it basically impossible to get outside help on the situation, and when I finally am through being transferred at least 3 times I arrive at someone who knows very little about Networking and network hardware whose ultimate suggestion is this: unplug your modem, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. The above suggestion I know well and do frequently to resolve their Internet connection breaks. It re-registers the modem on their network. When I call Time Warner, it is when their sagacious maneuver doesn't work, and they have no further advice.
