SERIOUSLY, YOUR BUSINESS WILL TAKE FINANCIAL LOSSES BECAUSE COVAD HAS A MONOPOLY ON THEIR SERVICE REGIONS & WON'T UPDATE ANTIQUATED EQUIPMENT.

They will intentionally overcharge people and then only if they're caught offer to refund a fraction of the money they tried to steal.

Their upper-level executives should be in prison, or worse.
