Joomla! - Solution to Locked Out of Admin Back-End With Cannot Load "Authentication Libraries" Error Message

I found that this user, Insomn3ak, on the Joomla! forum, http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=230114, found the solution to this error message:


* JAuthentication::__construct: Could not load authentication libraries.
* Username and password do not match


******************************************************************
1. Login to your PHP MySQL Control Panel
2. Go to Jos_plugins table
3. Change the value of "published" in the top row, Authentication - Joomla!, from 0 to 1.
