q : Reduced outsourcing costs by $48K/yr and telcom costs by $12K/yr.
Increased mobile staff efficiency 50% with BlackBerry Server and
phones. Doubled office staff productivity with new Dell PCs. Deployed
new Dell servers, Exchange, webmail, VPN, centralized backup,
workstation standards, Ghost imaging, and extensive documentation.
Currently consolidating servers with Hyper-V, and upgrading ERP

q CHALLENGER ONE: Improved colocated systems performance/security by
redesigning, rebuilding, and protecting with Cisco PIX525. Implemented
3-site WAN, server migrations, Avaya and Vonexus PBX, SPAM filtering,
central backup. Planned and managed 2 corporate relocations, and 2
acquisitions. Designed/built new data center.
