More on Constellation Energy's (CEG) earnings: Sees FY'11 EPS of $3.05-3.35 vs. prior guidance of $3.10-3.40, the result of longer-than-expected outages at its nuclear JV facilities and the impact of recent acquisitions. In light of the pending merger with Exelon, the company is no longer providing earnings guidance for 2012. (PR)
